We plan to help you with adjusting to your new normal after your cardiac procedure or new diagnosis? from stent placement to heart failure. We will be discussing any and all heart healthy behaviors and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Feel free to bring a family member or friend with you. Light refreshments will be provided.
