DESCRIPTION:Times Review Media Group's inaugural Northforker Wine & Food Classic will be held at Borghese Vineyard & Winery in Cutchogue Thursday\, Sept. 1.\n\nThe evening will showcase local wineries\, breweries and restaurants and give guests a taste of what the North Fork and East End have to offer at the site of Long Island's first vineyard.\n\nSome of the restaurants participating in the northforker Wine & Food Classic include Grace & Grit\, Main Road Biscuit\, The Catered Fork\, Ellen's On Front\, Center Cuts\, Insatiable Eats and Isola. Wineries include Borghese\, Sparkling Pointe\, Clovis Point Vineyard & Winery\, Macari Vineyards\, Pellegrini Vineyards\, Palmer Vineyards\, Paumanok and Peconic Bay Vineyards. Breweries participating include Greenport Harbor Brewing Co.\, North Fork Brewing Co.\, and Twin Fork Beer Co. and Westhampton Beach Brewing Company.\n\nPartial proceeds from the event will benefit Eastern Long Island Hospital Foundation\, as well as funding the forthcoming Ann Marie & Marco Borghese scholarship fund\, which will go to area high school students.
